What is Mountaintop?

Mountaintop helps your property team document property conditions and communicate about reported Issues.

How do I report a problem?

Sign in using the account provided through your organization’s invitation. Open My Issues and use Report an Issue for a property or unit you are authorized to access. You cannot claim an address through public signup.

How do I know it was received?

A successful submission gives you a receipt. That confirms the system received the Issue; it does not mean someone has acknowledged it or started work.

Who can see what I submit?

Authorized people with access to the Issue can see the relevant record. Other tenants do not automatically see your report. Internal Notes are not shown on tenant-facing pages.

What happens after I report?

The property team can acknowledge the Issue, update its status, and share Updates. You can return to My Issues to view the information available to you.

What if it is still a problem?

Use “Still a problem?” on an eligible Issue to request another look. This records your request; it does not automatically change the Issue’s status.

What if it is an emergency?

Call 911 for an emergency and follow your property’s emergency instructions. Mountaintop is not monitored as an emergency service and does not send help.

Access is by invitation from your organization.
