The authorized Evaluator records responses, photos, and observations, then submits for review.

The reviewer considers flags. A finding can be monitored, receive a reasoned no-action disposition, or be handed off for Issue creation.

Authorized people create the Issue, share appropriate Updates, and document its conclusion. The history stays connected.

An invited tenant reports a problem for their authorized property or unit.

A successful submission provides a receipt. Receipt is separate from management acknowledgment.

The property team records acknowledgment, work status, and appropriate Updates.
